Family and successions

Notary Tuccari provides a wide range of consultancy and assistance services aimed at managing family estates. In particular, the focus is on consultancy related to the generational transfer of business and assets, with particular attention to tax aspects, donations, family agreements, and drafting of wills.


In addition, the notary's activity extends to the protection of family estates, with particular regard to the protection of minors and disabled persons. This is done through the drafting of deeds of designation and segregation of assets, as provided by law, such as deeds of designation under art. 2645 ter of the Civil Code, deeds constituting trusts, trust agreements, and deeds establishing family foundations, offering clients assistance and consultancy for the drafting of deeds related to the establishment of trusts and for the preparation of deeds of asset endowment.


With the approval of the law on cohabitation (the so-called Cirinnà Law), the notary office in Arezzo and Florence is able to assist clients in the conclusion of cohabitation contracts, offering comprehensive and personalised consultancy in line with the specific needs of each individual.


Finally, with the approval of the recent legislation that also assigns to notaries the issuance of voluntary jurisdiction orders concerning incapacitated persons and successions, Notary Tuccari provides, upon request of the parties, the issuance of the relevant authorisations for the deeds entrusted to him.
